Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pressure, a task management application operated by Awnyx LLC (“Awnyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Pressure, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pressure.

1. Pressure

Pressure is a productivity and task-management service designed to help users organize work, identify tasks that may require attention, track progress, receive reminders, and collaborate with other users.

Pressure is a productivity tool. It is not intended to provide professional, legal, medical, financial, emergency, or safety-critical advice.

You remain responsible for your decisions, deadlines, obligations, and actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use Pressure.

Pressure is not directed to children under 13.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Pressure only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Accounts

Certain features require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Keep authentication credentials confidential
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

4. User Content

Pressure allows you to enter information including tasks, descriptions, schedules, and other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Awnyx LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, transmit, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Pressure and provide features you choose to use.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit.

You agree not to use Pressure to store, transmit, or share content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes another person’s rights
• Is fraudulent or malicious
• Is designed to harm or interfere with Pressure or another person
• Contains malware or harmful code

5. Connections and Shared Tasks

Pressure may allow users to connect and send tasks or task requests to one another.

Sending a task request does not create a legal obligation between users or make Awnyx LLC responsible for the completion of that task.

Recipients may be required to accept a shared task before it becomes part of their Pressure experience.

Users remain responsible for their own actions, commitments, communications, and relationships with other users.

Awnyx LLC is not a party to agreements, promises, or obligations users may create between themselves through Pressure.

6. Notifications and Reminders

Pressure may provide reminders, alerts, deadlines, or notifications.

These features are provided for convenience only.

We do not guarantee that a notification will:

• Be delivered
• Arrive at a specific time
• Be accurate under every circumstance
• Prevent a missed deadline or obligation

Device settings, internet availability, operating-system restrictions, third-party services, and other factors may affect notifications.

You remain responsible for monitoring important obligations independently.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Pressure or another user’s account
• Interfere with the operation or security of Pressure
• Reverse engineer Pressure except where expressly permitted by law
• Use automated systems to abuse, scrape, overload, or exploit the service
• Use Pressure for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to bypass access controls or security protections

8. Intellectual Property

Pressure, including its software, design, branding, logos, visual systems, interfaces, trademarks, and other materials provided by Awnyx LLC, is owned by or licensed to Awnyx LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Pressure or its intellectual property to you.

9. Third-Party Services

Pressure may depend on third-party services for functionality including hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, payment processing, or infrastructure.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Awnyx LLC is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

10. Paid Features

Pressure may offer optional paid features in the future.

If subscriptions or purchases are offered through Apple, those transactions may also be governed by Apple’s applicable payment, subscription, and refund terms.

Any pricing and subscription terms will be presented before purchase.

11. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Pressure.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may perform maintenance or make changes necessary for security, legal compliance, reliability, or product development.

12. Termination

You may stop using Pressure at any time.

Where available, you may delete your account from within Pressure.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have:

• Violated these Terms
• Abused the service
• Created a security risk
• Used Pressure unlawfully
• Harmed other users or the service

Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice before termination.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pressure is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Awnyx LLC disclaims warranties not expressly provided in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awnyx LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of Pressure.

This includes losses resulting from missed tasks, missed deadlines, lost data, notification failures, business interruption, or reliance on the service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.

Your continued use of Pressure after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
